Shannon Edward Campbell was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 261(a)(1) rape, PC 29800(a)(1) felon in possession of a firearm, PC 422 criminal threats, PC 245(a)(2) assault with a firearm and PC 212.5(c) robbery.
If his name is familiar, it probably is from the 9 people arrested in 2015 by EPD in an anti gang/anti crime sweep.
