On 10/24, at trial confirmation for attempted homicide suspect Jesse Beer, both the People and defense confirmed for the jury trial scheduled for 10/31 with a four week time estimate.
Motions in limine will be filed but both attorneys declined long form questionnaires, according to court minutes. Whether this jury trial will actually start as scheduled won't be final until trial assignment this Friday.
Assistant Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads was present for the People. Mr. Zach Curtis is Beer's attorney.
