Jamael Brandon Lowery was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest, PC 273.6 (a) violation of a court order, PC 243 (e) (1) domestic battery and PC 236 false imprisonment.
Lowery was arrested at 1434 Myrtle Avenue at the Pinnacle 35 gas station yesterday where he was combative with officers, screaming and yelling and resisting.
In 2019, Lowery became combative with HCSO when they responded to a local medical office for a report that he was brandishing a hatchet at employees. Lowery was arrested for probation violation, criminal threats, disorderly conduct and several other charges.
