Josan Gianna Hattje was arrested by Eureka Police Department for a bench warrant yesterday and booked PC 1170(h)(5)(b) supervised split sentence, PC1203.2(a)(2) probation violation and PC 594(b)(1) vandalism.
The last post I did on Hattje was for her 76th arrest. Since then, she has been on the jail log. If I posted on every arrest of repeat, chronic Humboldt offenders, there would be no time for other news.
Charges are not always filed if the arrest is for something like drunk in public or possession of possession of an open container of alcohol in any public place. Currently, Hattje has 75 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
Why is she not in court mandated treatment or sent to prison and allowed to go back repeatedly on the streets terrorizing the community on 4th and 5th streets in Eureka?
