Once again, Opera Alley homicide suspect Conor Whited's attorney, Mr. Joe Judge, filed a motion to continue the jury trial scheduled for 11/14. It was granted. Status of dr's report was continued to 11/1.
I have written several times about Whited being sent to the State Hospital and being sent back and the many continuances in this 2019 case.
After several more continuances, on 12/22/22 Whited entered a plea of guilty to Count 1 murder. His plea of not guilty by reason of insanity set aside. Sentencing is on 1/27/23.
