Within three hours HCSO arrests suspect from Westhaven incident

 


At 1:10 pm Suspect located and arrested on 5200 block of Dows Prairie Road.

At 10 a.m. today, the Sheriff’s Emergency Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call regarding a domestic disturbance at the residence with shots fired. 

According to one victim, a 35-year-old male suspect reportedly fired multiple shots outside the residence. A male victim arrived on scene during the disturbance, at which time, the suspect reportedly threatened the victim with a firearm and shot at the victim’s vehicle. The victim was not injured.

Three involved individuals remain inside, including one child. Individuals are not complying with officer requests to leave the residence. Unknown if any persons inside are injured.

At this time, the location of the suspect is unknown. The suspect is described as a white male adult, 5 feet 11 inches tall, approximately 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Suspect may have possibly fled on a mountain bike wearing a yellow and green jacket. Suspect may be armed. If you see him, please call 9-1-1.
