Resetting of murder suspect Connor Whited's preliminary hearing was scheduled for this morning. The date for his preliminary is April 21.
Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Whited's attorney. Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner appeared for Ms. Van Dyke. She was handling multiple cases, including a preliminary hearing, this morning and today. Whited has waived time.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is the prosecutor. The last post was just two days ago.
