Convicted felon Robert Cullen had his jury trial scheduled for February 22. That date was vacated today and dates were reset.
Mr. Michael Acosta is Cullen's attorney. DA Maggie Fleming appeared on the case for trial assignment.
Judge Kaleb Cockrum is disqualified as Cullen is a former client. He continued the jury trial on the Court's own motion. Only one jury trial allowed due to COVID restrictions. There are several non time waived trials that get precedent because Cullen waived time and is out of custody.
Trial confirmation is scheduled on April 27; jury trial May 10.
