Patrick Marshall not held to answer on Count 3. Held to answer on Counts 1, 2, 4 and 5. 17 (b) motion denied for the charges that are wobblers. Arraignment on information is on March 2.
However, between now, the arraignment and if there is even a jury trial, Marshall has hope for the 17 b motion being presented again as well as different charges.
