Request for dismissal of Squires case and small claims judgement appeal scheduled today

In 2017, Ron Kuhnel and some neighbors sued Floyd and Betty Squires. I did two posts but did not follow any of the court cases against Squires in the last few years. 

Today, there is a hearing in two cases with Floyd Squires listed as a defendant. No plaintiff is listed in the online calendar but at least one case involves Ron Kuhnel.

There was a request for dismissal without prejudice on February 4. Today, there is a request for dismissal of an appeal for small claims judgement.
