Business alarm going off on 3rd street

Around V street, somewhere between 2nd and 3rd street. Started 20 minutes ago. No EPD presence or anyone to indicate which business.

Humboldt Towing employee kept working unfazed. The usual transients and GMOB walking around.

Went on until 10:03. I am not in the same area anymore but stopped hearing it; it was so loud you could hear it blocks away. 

Happens a lot in Eureka on nights and weekends in Old Town, on 6th Street, the industrial area on 2nd and 3rd street from the Samoa bridge to V street. 

Sometimes owners respond; sometimes EPD responds. I know CSET and EPD officers driving around have noticed alarms going off and doors ajar and they do pro active crime prevention. This may not make press releases but EPD is always on the job looking out for the businesses and community.
