The family of 18-year-old murder suspect Mauricio Eduardo Johnson has retained Ms. Andrea Sullivan.

Since this post was published, I have added the complaint. As of 1 p.m., no arraignment date has been scheduled in Humboldt.

Johnson is charged with three counts of murder; one special allegation of personally and intentionally discharging a firearm causing great bodily injury/death and one special allegation of multiple murder.

Johnson was arrested in connection with the homicide of three Bear River residents.

Ms. Sullivan has informed Humboldt District Attorney Maggie Fleming that she is representing Johnson. I reached out to Ms. Fleming. This is the complaint. No arraignment date in computer system yet at DA's or clerk office. I have a case number.
