Convicted human trafficker David Anderson had a court hearing this morning in a different courtroom. This was a last minute change.
Scheduling and motions in limine were discussed, said Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. It is on tomorrow morning.
"There were no details disclosed on record pending approval by the victim, according to Marsy's law," Mr. Michael Acosta told me. "If it resolves tomorrow, I don't think either side will walk away entirely happy, but that is the nature of compromise."
