At trial assignment today, Jeff Tsarnas' jury trial for hit and run, the Michael Flowers jury trial was number 1 to go out and is scheduled to start March 1; Jason Barnes is trailing Flowers and that is being called now and Tsarnas is trailing Barnes.
So, on March 1, further decisions will be made. I am not doing a new post for resetting of dates so Monday's update will be added to this post.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. DA Maggie Fleming appeared on the case today. Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Tsarnas' attorney.
3/1 update: Case is on calendar on March 3.
3/3 update: next court is March 8. Same status with Flowers proceeding, Barnes trailing and Tsarnas trailing.
3/8 update: Tsarnas is back on calendar on March 10. The case is trailing Flowers. Barnes was assigned to Courtroom 3.
