His attorney out sick, no re-evaluation report on Starritt leads to continuance

 

Confirmation of transport and receipt of reevaluation scheduled for Wesley Starritt today was continued to February 22. 

Besides his attorney Luke Brownfield out of the office today, there was no report from Dr .Wilson. Deputy Public Defender Adrian Kamada told Judge Lawrence Killoran that Starritt was expected to be admitted to Napa. There was something mentioned about an order regarding that report which was hard to hear on livestream.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared on the case for the People.
