Attempted murder suspect Matthew Ramsey had a court hearing this morning. In many cases like this one, dates just kept getting reset and there were continuances.
This morning, Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal and Mr. Russ Clanton submitted on Dr. Martin's report regarding Ramsey's competency to stand trial. Dr. Renouf had evaluated Ramsey for a general "psych eval" but not for competency. Ramsey was found competent to stand trial.
Trial confirmation is April 26; jury trial is May 10.
