KFC in Eureka was slated to open sometime between the end of February and early March.
A reader whose previous tips have always been accurate was given information from someone who is an employee at the local KFC.
According to this "inside source" KFC in Eureka opens tomorrow morning, "likely around 10AM."
"So if anyone sees traffic cones going up along Broadway tonight blocking the center lanes, it's happening. If nothing, then the information is obviously incorrect," the reader told me.
After the post was published, I was told the employee may have posted something on social media.
So with that disclaimer, if you end up getting fried chicken for lunch tomorrow, you are welcome.
Once again, the reader's tip was accurate.
