A doctor and two other witnesses to testify at Richard French's mental health diversion hearing

Richard French's mental health diversion hearing today was continued to February 8 "due to courtroom unavailability." Three hour estimate.

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Ben McLaughlin is French's attorney.

Defense plans to call Benjamin French, Brian Dobbs and Dr. Kelly as witnesses. The court clerk did inform counsel and Judge John Feeney that the bext two weeks are very impacted but Mr. McLaughlin still wanted the case scheduled next week.
