If a final amount and restitution can be agreed upon, "Stayn's" case could resolve

Setting for preliminary hearing was scheduled for Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn" on October 8. Hedrick is charged with one count of vandalism with damages totaling $3,875. Another date for setting is scheduled on December 3.

Mr. Patrik Griego is Hedrick's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case.

Mr. Rees told Judge Lawrence Killoran that there have been continued discussions about a disposition; "the only issue is restitution."

Mr. Rees is working with EPD Officer Brian Ross and the property owners to finalize an amount. "There are numerous locations," said Mr. Rees.
