Setting of "Stayn's" preliminary hearing continued but so are many other cases

Setting of preliminary hearing was scheduled September 1 for vandalism Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn." It was continued to October 8.

The possibility of resolution has been mentioned.

Deputy Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. He is currently in a jury trial. Mr. Patrik Griego is Hedrick's attorney.
