Warrants and arrests do not work with Katherine Zacevich, she needs to remain in custody

PG &E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich has picked up a new 2020 case and has three 2017 violations of probation and was supposed to be arraigned this morning. It wasn't a surprise that she was a no show.

Judge Timothy Canning referred the new case for an affadavit in support of an arrest warrant. No bail for one 2017 case and $15,000 bench warrant for each of the remaining two 2017 cases with no cite and release.

Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke appeared for her office. District Attorney Maggie Fleming for the People.

I stopped covering Zacevich after December 2019. She has multiple failures to appear, several violations of probations, kept getting arrested and kept getting released. She picks up new cases when she is out of custody.
