Another convicted local sex offender with charges involving a minor

Shawn Lee Perrot in local jail on charges of PC288(C)(1), lewd acts with a minor, PC261(A)(2), forcible rape and PC261.5(D), unlawful sex with a minor.

I have asked HCSO PIO Samantha Karge for a booking photo and what local court case means in the jail log.

She said, local Court Case can be used for a couple reasons: A person remanded into custody by the courts or a person returning from a state prison or hospital per a court order for local matters that may or may not be related to why they are in the state facility. In Mr. Perrot’s case, he has returned from a state hospital per court order.

Some of the charges are different and some are the same on Megan's Law.
