Rob Christensen related to alleged victim in two of his cases?


Rob Christensen has four 2019 cases. Setting for his felony case was scheduled this morning. It was continued by stipulation to 12/19. Charges for the felony case are Coun 1 vandalism and Count 2 disorderly conduct under influence of drug; toluene.

The other three 2019 cases are misdemeanors. One is a DUI case; one is an assault and battery case and the last case is willful disobedeience of a court order and vandalism.

Alleged victim for vandalism charges in two cases is James Christensen.

Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small was present for the People. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is Christensen's attorney.

Christensen was ordered to appear for the next court hearing.
