Based on the dob, he is 37 years old. Same dob shows a different arrest on 9/17/20. He was refused by medical and was not booked in jail on that date.
CHP PIO Paul Craft told me there was no victim or damage related to this arrest. The arrest occurred on Northbound US-101 south of SR-255.
A google search brings up this link, location is Humboldt, age is the same.

2:26 p.m.: Booking photo received from HCSO and confirms it is the former District Representative for Senator Mike McGuire. Christensen left the office about a year and a half ago.
