Jury trial for Ray Christie scheduled to start October 28 is now scheduled for October 31.
Christie was present at trial assignment with one of his attorneys, Mr. Ken Bareilles. Deputy District A.J. Kamada said depending on the rulings on motions in limine, the trial estimate is four to six weeks.
It was assigned to Judge Timothy Canning but he was disqualified by the defense. It was reassigned to Judge Christopher Wilson.
