Further trial confirmation was scheduled for alleged molestor Patricio Segura on October 28. It was continued by the Court to 10/31. Jury trial is still scheduled for November 4.
There have been "ongoing settlement discussions" between the People and the defense. Alleged victim is his stepdaughter.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is Segura's attorney.
