Trial confirmation was scheduled for Ray Christie this morning. Jury trial scheduled for October 28 was confirmed. Time estimate is six weeks, full days and this includes motions and jury selection.
People did not stipulate to defense receiving two documents that had been subpoenaed from HCSO so that matter will be dealt with on October 28.
The District Attorney has received more complaints regarding Christie. Due to timing, charges have not been filed yet and the DA's office is still reviewing charges.
Deputy District Attorney A.J. Kamada is the prosecutor for this case. Christie is represented by Mr. Ken Bareilles and John Cogorno. Mr. Bareilles was in court today. Christie was not present.
