At trial confirmation this morning for attempted murder suspect Danny Waters, jury trial scheduled for October 28 was vacated. Trial setting is on November 7.
Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield recently took over the case. Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward was present for the People.
Waters waived time today but it will be withdrawn at the next court hearing.
