Attempted murder suspect Danny Waters' jury trial was scheduled to start September 9. At trial assignment this morning, both sides said they are ready to proceed. The jury trial was confirmed by both sides during the first call.
Several jury trials have been confirmed and there are at least three that are priority over Waters. Later this morning, Waters pulled his time waiver and jury trial was rescheduled for October 28.
7 day time estimate for the trial. Three witnesses are expected to testify. They are all family members and the alleged victims.
Waters is charged with attempted murder,criminal threats and assault.
