Ruling to amend the complaint for murder suspect Daniella Moore was scheduled for October 15. It was continued to tomorrow because Moore refused to come to court.
Setting of preliminary hearing is on 11/25.
Moore was already charged with Count 1 murder with a special allegation use of a deadly weapon and another special allegation infliction of torture. Count 2 Torture.
This is the second amended complaint filed by the District Attorney. The request is to add the charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
Victim is Hannah Elizabeth Hayhurst.
