Resident wakes up to find man dressed in bra and panties rummaging through his belongings

Shaun Mcguire, a parolee known to law enforcement, was arrested by the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office.

EDCSO said "a resident woke  up in the middle of the night to find a man in his home, wearing only a bra and panties, rummaging through his things.  When confronted, the suspect fled, jumping fences and running through several backyards. "

El Dorado County Sheriff's Office:

On October 12, 2019, at about 0145 hours, deputies were dispatched to a report of a man inside a home on Concordia Drive in El Dorado Hills.

The caller stated he had heard noises in his house and called out to the person. He then heard an exterior door open and slam close. At this same time, another person was returning to the neighborhood and saw a man run out of the open garage, wearing only underwear.

EDSO responded in search of the person, who was later identified as Shaun Mcguire of El Dorado Hills. It was not until later in the morning that deputies, with the assistance of a Folsom PD K9, were able to locate Mcguire and take him into custody.

Mcguire is currently in custody for numerous charges, including burglary, indecent exposure, and trespassing
