Some businesses are not staying open today due to the PSPS. Others are like Advanced Cellular whether there is power or not.
Some businesses like Dollar Store and Grocery Outlet are open until power is shut off.
Scrapper's Edge , Cafe Nooner, Pho Thien Long are all open.
