Defense today made a 22 year offer to settle alleged molestor Michael Franco's 2018 case. There wasn't a court hearing but Franco's attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton said that to Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads while we were waiting for another case to be called in Courtroom 2 this morning.
Franco already has a prior conviction for lewd and lascivious act with a minor.
Pretrial is scheduled for November 20; trial confirmation is February 13 and jury trial is February 24.
