Humboldt Craft Spirits to debut a fusion of three local favorites in one delicious liqueur

Humboldt Craft Spirits is the first and only licensed distillery headquartered in Eureka, California.



Co-owner Fred Moore told me their latest creation, Eureka Chocolate Liquer, will be available starting November 27. It is a combination of Dick Taylor Chocolate Humboldt Creamery cream and Humboldt Craft Spirits Blue Lake Vodka. This is the first time the back of the label has been featured for the public.
