One juror excused from Ray Christie's case; deliberations will take more than two days

The Ray Christie case went to the jury on December 4 at 4:30. On December 5 around 10:25, the jury sent a note. They had been deliberating less than a hour.

Juror #1 is not available after tomorrow. He had indicated that during jury selection. Based on the initial discussions, the jury feels it will take them more than two days to deliberate.

They requested 13 jurors which is not a suggestion Judge Christopher Wilson can implement or for an alternate juror to replace juror #1. Alternate juror has been called and the jury is on break for 30 minutes.

There are 42 counts and the jury will start deliberations all over again.
