Defense requests a continuance for convicted human trafficker David Anderson's preliminary hearing
Further intervention was scheduled for convicted human trafficker David Anderson on December 5. He has a parole violation case and another case with charges that include human trafficking.
His attorney, Mr. Michael Acosta, made an oral motion to continue the preliminary hearing scheduled for December 9 due to the volume of discovery.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads requested a written motion. She also has to notify the alleged victims per Marsy's law.
The motion will be filed and heard tomorrow morning at 8:30 by Retired Judge Marilyn Miles.
