Finally a date was set Lost Coast Outpost vs County of Humboldt writ of mandate case. A CMC is scheduled for October 7. LOCO lawsuit alleges HCSO "wrongfully withholding" records.
I am not posting all 10 pages of County Counsel's response to LOCO. County to LOCO: no records and fees for you! We did nothing wrong!
