Waterfront explosion suspect Darin Vitolo was in the middle of a jury trial and a mistrial was declared on May 10.
He is being tried again in the 2021 case and trial confirmation is scheduled on 6/21. His three other cases are also on calendar.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender David Celli is Vitolo's attorney.
