Chai Her's confirmation of transport hearing this morning was continued to October 29. Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke told Judge Lawrence Killoran, "Obviously, he is still here."
Today, Deputy District Attorney David Moutrie appeared on the case for the People.
Receipt of Dr. Jennifer Wilson's evaluation for kidnapping suspect Chai Her was due August 26. There were a few hearings since that date, mostly continuances. Her was found not competent to stand trial by Dr. Wilson.
