Attorneys and parties told to appear in "court appropriate attire even if you are at home"

Before the afternoon court livestream session in Courtroom 5 resumed today, Judge Timothy Canning announced protocols for parties and attorneys who were making remote appearances.

Parties and attorneys are to appear by video conference. If you cannot appear by video conference, you have to notify the Court. Parties and attorneys must state name before each case unless there is a confidential party. Appearances are via Zoom. "Court appropriate attire even if you are at home."
