Parks, beaches and trails reopened today in Santa Cruz County and the countywide ban on surfing was lifted. Physical distancing has to be maintained. Large gatherings or crowds could lead to closures, again.
Maintaining physical distancing, limiting number of people in stores could lead to LA lifting the current stay at home order in late May.
Ventura County is talking about easing restrictions.
