A defense expert will assist with Maxx Robison's sentencing

Maxx Robison was scheduled to be sentenced on April 24. It was continued to May 13.

Robison did not enter an Arbuckle waiver and Judge Christopher Wilson was not present today. Defense also made a motion to continue and said "an expert would be assisting with sentencing."

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Robison's attorney.

On March 12, Robison pleaded guilty to the murder of Rhianna McKenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.

Details of the plea and court minutes are in the post linked below.
