Three surveys seek your feedback related to COVID 19



There are three surveys currently seeking feedback from all Humboldt County residents, Humboldt County business owners and all California residents. Please read below to learn more about each survey and how to participate.


  • Title: Community Survey on Non-Essential Business Reopening
  • Administered by: County of Humboldt-Emergency Operations Center
  • Link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DXDVYJN
  • Target Audience: All Humboldt County residents
  • Frequency: Once per person
  • Deadline: Friday, May 1, at 5 p.m.
  • Topics: Which non-essential businesses in Humboldt County would you like to see reopen first? This survey asks participants to choose their top 10 businesses for each phase of reopening.

  • Title: COVID-19 Economic Impact Survey
  • Administered by: Emergency Operations Center-Economic Impact and Recovery Branch

  • Target Audience: Humboldt County business owners
  • Frequency: Business owners should complete once every two weeks
  • Deadline: Ongoing (not applicable)
  • Topics: This survey asks business owners to report on impacts to their businesses including revenue loss, job loss, etc.
  • Title: California Recovery Roadmap Survey
  • Administered by: CaliforniaForAll and California Department of Public Health

  • Target Audience: Open to all Californians
  • Frequency: Once per person
  • Deadline: Unknown
  • Topics: Share input on ways California can make different businesses safer for reopening. This survey asks participants to consider how to:
    1. Reduce transmission among employees and customers/public
    2. Maintain healthy business operations
    3. Maintain a healthy work environment.
