It has only been one night so far and 12 hours but I am grateful. The guy at Target with the radio "phone" is gone. Someone else may take his spot but even a brief respite is welcome.
The guy near McDonalds is not there, no loiterers this morning. That may or not last long either.
What I hope is a permanent change, is the alley. There are still a few people around but more businesses are taking back their property. Saw the car dealership on 5th speak to someone this morning. With the exception of a couple people last night and a couple of people still near the alley, there is a huge difference.
Wonder why?
