If you had heard them, you would be just as proud of these EPD officers

Three EPD officers including Officer Abrams and Officer Omey just handled a welfare check call combined with some suspicious activity call in the alley behind 5th and N.

I heard the officers speak to the people involved. Calm, professional and diffused the entire situation by help, suggestions and resources. No threats,no arrests. This happens  with EPD officere often, not just today.

It is challenging to police in California, in a small town with the Ninth Circuit ruling and now shelter in place. EPD should train other jurisdictions facing similar challenges.
