Former therapist Edward Pena's evidentiary hearing for mental health diversion was continued to April 24. It was continued again to June 8. Jury trial is scheduled for June 22.
Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is Pena's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy DA Tobias Hasler is representing the People for the evidentiary hearing.
