Wells Fargo is suspending residential property foreclosure sales to help customers affected by COVID 19 pandemic

This is a stressful time with the many challenges due to the coronavirus pandemic. Call your financial institution because some are offering resources and options you may not be aware of and the solutions are tailored to your individual situation and hardship.

I spoke with Wells Fargo Vice President and Manager Mike Dearden today. While renters have a moratorium on eviction, landlords do not have that option. Wells Fargo can work with you on fee waivers, deferred payments and assist with an auto loans. Wells Fargo is suspending residential property foreclosure sales for customers.
