There is a 2020 case for Brian Daniels in the Humboldt Superior Court system. The charges are VC23152 (a), DUI and VC23152 (b), driving with a blood alcohol concentration ("BAC") of 0.08% or higher. No arraignment date scheduled yet.
The other is a 2019 case with trial confirmation on May 7. Charges for that case: Count 1 and Count 2 are both felonies, PC 422, threat to commit crime resulting in great bodily injury or death. Count 3 is a misdemeanor, PC 417.4, draw or exihibit an imitation firearm.
