Wayne Graham was scheduled to be sentenced yesterday, it was continued to April 24. Judge Lawrence Killoran said he was not going over everything put on record yesterday.
The man has 37 cases in the system. After he was found guilty of assault in his latest case and couldn't get his way with recent rulings, his attorney pulls this trick. Now at taxpayer expense, Graham gets to hold up a jail bed and delay consequences for his actions.
Graham's attorney Mr. Russ Clanton declared doubt. Criminal proceedings were suspended. Dr. Wilson was appointed. Receipt of her report is scheduled for May 18.
