Guess Eureka City Council is okay with people taking clothes off in residential neighborhoods?
This is the sixth "special" constituent today in Eureka Councilmember Kim Bergel's district, two blocks from Eureka City Hall, since 3 a.m.
She came over to the other side of the fence right up to the sharpie container by the PG & E meters. First, her excuse was there was no "good spot". She was pulling something out. By now, evidence is probably in a trash can.
"Good spot for what? I asked her.
Then she changed her story and said she needed to change clothes. I told her to go to the gas station, not in public view.
I asked her to leave nicely, twice. At first she responded reasonably. I told her she was the sixth person today pulling the " I'm just..." excuse.
Ten minutes later, she is still there, taking more clothes off, still saying she was leaving.
While I was on the phone with dispatch, she said, tell them my name, mumbled her name and added, " I am a princess."
After my post, I was told by others that she is "always taking her clothes off." Some asked me, was she drunk?
How many labeled "mentally ill" are just drunk, high or have their brains altered by years of drug abuse? This mentally ill excuse used by the local enablers who are in denial about the frequent offenders is bs.
Hold your elected officials accountable and speak up instead of the apathy and lecturing those trying to improve this community.
She was coherent enough to leave, hide evidence when she heard EPD and walk out calmly onto 6th Street. Those feeling sorry for her, take her and all these people you make excuses for to your homes and support them, for life, with your own money.
If you rent or buy a home on 5th or 6th Street, between N and O, you too can get the extra bonus of this daily show. Needles, urine, trash are free features; no action needed on your part.
In my earlier post, I added an encounter a local business staff person/owner had with a woman today. Keyword needles. That post is linked below.
